Description: The Bentley 4.5 Litre is a British race car built by Bentley Motors. This car was made to compete in the 24-hours of Le Mans. The 24 Hours of Le Mans is a 24-hour race around the Circuit de la Sarthe. This is the oldest active 24-hour endurance race. The race is held annually in Le Mans, France. During the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1924, Bentley Motors won with there Bentley 3 Litre. They won again with the same Bentley 3 Litre in 1927. In 1928, Bentley Motors won once more but this time they used the 3 Litre’s successor, the Bentley 4.5 Litre. They won the next two races (1929-1930) using the Bentley Speed Six, the successor from the 4.5 Litre. Our model is the Bentley Blower. The Blower Bentley is the model from the Bentley 4.5 Litre. The Blower Bentley, which is the same car and same inline 4 engine as the Bentley 4.5 Litre except it is supercharged. It has its top off and right-hand drive just like the real car. We have details from the supercharger sitting on the front of the car to the straps that hold the hood down. Our model is a 1:13 scale. It is 13.5 inches in length, 4.5 inches in width, and 5.5 inches in height. This is a great scale for the display shelves.
