Description: The Ford Model T also was known as “Tin Lizzie” is an automobile that was produced by Henry Ford's Ford Motor Company from October 1, 1908, to May 26, 1927. It is generally regarded as the first affordable automobile, the car that opened travel to the common middle-class American. The Ford Model T is not only one of the first production cars but one of the best selling production cars as well. As of April 2018, the Model T sits at the ninth most sold car at 16.5 million units sold. This amazing car is equipped with a 2.9 liter 20 horsepower inline 4 engine. It was a rear-wheel drive with a two-speed manual transmission and its top speed was 45 miles per hour. When the Model T was first in production (1908) it cost $825 which is about $22,000 in today’s money. The price of this car ranged from $260 - $900 from 1908 - 1927, which is about $3,600 - $23,600 with current inflation. The model of the Model T would be great for decoration. The difference between this model and our other model is that this one is red. This model has all the features like the other one has, like rolling wheels and an iron frame. The red color on the car gives that great antique and different feeling. The wheels are orange to give the car a good color break. The car is 11 and a half inches long, 6 inches wide, and 7 inches high, 1:12 scale. This is definitely a special classic to have.
